Mission Statement - "Character Through Competition"

The primary goal of the Flower Mound Bison is to develop players fundamentally, but NOT just in regards to BASEBALL. We also work closely with the players to develop a WINNING ATTITUDE, TEAMWORK, and SPORTSMANSHIP. We achieve our goal by having a solid TEAM not just on the field, but OFF. Our belief is that chemistry in the DUGOUT along with in the STANDS is instrumental in crafting a WINNING experience. We believe in teaching young men life-skills to grow into quality role models for youth of the future.
